New Jersey Nets (2-1)
Atlanta Hawks (1-1)

The Hawks beat the Mavs, which is a very big deal for a team which had stunked for the past few seasons (decades), and they took Detroit till the last second, which is also a very big deal for a team that hasn’t been to the playoffs for a milenia (lol)

Exciting as it sounds, the Hawks are a good team for the first time in a long time? and they are up against the Nets, who got smackdowned by the Raptors and struggled to beat the Sixers; now they’re playing against a team who beat and matched two good teams. Richard Jefferson has Josh Smith on him that’s why I see his scoring output dropping and Vince Carter’s chance of finally getting a good game is finally here. Cut the sore hand crap, 60million?

Problem is do we give the Hawks the respect they think they warrant or are they just the Hawk team of old that’s just waiting to blow? Are they taht good that we have to fear them? I have to say Al Horford is playing his socks off 21 rebounds in his first two games, that’s good. I think the only thing we can capitalize on is the fact that they are starting Anthony Johnson, and why does everyone hate old guys?

Cheers =)
