Yaoza!!!! wait, first things off, Jason Kidd 1-6 FTs in the last two minutes? What the Fuck? and good news is, LeBron James looked hurt and stuttered in that collision near the game of the game, things are looking up baby!

I’m telling you even with the Nets going up by 24 in the third and cruising or whatever shit, i was still worried about the Cavs making a final run to end the game, and they did, and thats when the Nets showed why they deserved the win, the defense on James, and on almost everybody else, the hustle, the huge rebound by Antoine Wright, everything was going great for the Nets.

flaccid…

One thing i expected was how Lawrence Frank went to RJ and not VC, and he made the right choice, J carried the team in the third, to the big lead, blowing by LeBron James and dropping of assists to Mikki Moore.

Vince Carter, who wasn’t aggressive at all until the fourth, had only 12 points, but he had a game high 10 assists, so it’s how good Carter actually controlled himself not to take those crazy animal skip shots that impressed me tonight.

And of course there’s Jason Kidd who found his niche shooting dagger threes, and laying in the ball left handed. Mikki Moore, who hit four top of the key jumpers. But the story of the night belongs to Boki Nachbar, 3 threes in the first half alone, that’s gotta be big for his confidence, and talking bout confidence, how low is Marcus Williams’ confidence going to be after tonight? in the game for less than 30 secs and he lost the ball for an And 1? devastating.

This game will be big for our confidence going into the again important game 6, i’m telling you, this has got to be the most flaccid performance by any team closing out in the playoffs that i’ve seen in a long time, and Charles Barkley? NO ONES PUTTING HIS ASS in YOUR FACE, did you say the Cavs are winning for sure? Larry Hughes and Donyell Marshall shooting 3-23 aren’t helping your case, fat man.

NETS LIVE TO FIGHT ANOTHER DAY! CHEERS!

it was an ugly win but a win nevertheless. vince’s assists total could have easilly been 15 minimum if boone and moore converted those easy point blank attempts at the basket due to vince’s excellent passes !

boone had 3 missed lay ups, Moore had 2 missed layups, but Vince surprised me today with his play, he wasn’t forcing anything.

As an aside, I think Jason Kidd was surprisingly sloppy yesterday. How many 60 foot alley-oop passes to Vince did he try (and miss)?

2 right?? right???, is this a trick question? and those missed dunks and lay-ups, Harry Potter *heart* Voldemort.
