Did Vince took over the game? did he? did he? oh yes you bet he did, Mo Cheeks tought fould trouble couls stop Vince? no foul trouble can’t stop Vince, it can only stop Cousin Skippy, and Skippy wasn’t here today, so Vince took over the third and the Nets lived happily ever after.

The GOOD
– The Nets shot only 11 threes on the night, that’s what i would expect from a BAD 3 point shooting team.
– Antoine Wright took a big step forward tonight, 12 points, 3 boards, 2 steals, 1 three in 19 minutes, and Boki played only 6 minutes, so Toine is fighting his way back into the rotation, it’s 1-21 advantage Boki.
– Toine Wright was again excellent when he spelled Vince who was in foul trouble early.
– the defense was downright smoking early on, that’s what kept the team in the gam e when the offense was out of sync without Carter.
– Vince showed no ill effects of that banged up knee with that crazy third quarter of his.
– Lawrence Frank won his 150th game with the Nets, surpassing the 149 that Byron Scott amassed.
– Marcus Williams is much better when he shoots less, 5 assists and 5 rebounds are way better than jacking up 10 shots in 10 minutes.
– 82 is the second least number of points allowed this season.
– Good Old Clifford Robinson was crucial in the fourth, sealing to game up and making some big shots as well.
– 23 assists on 31 baskets and 9 more FTs makes.

The BAD
– We saw how the offense sucked when Vince was out with foul trouble, we need to prove that the team is able to score the ball without Vince if we are to go anywhere in the playoffs. (if we make the playoffs)
– Can someone stop Jason Kidd from launching more than 3 three pointers a game?, it’s painful for me to see him shoot like that.
– No one on the team has more than 5 rebounds? what’s this? Mikki moore 31 minutes and 4 boards?
– we nearly had another one of those nights after Phila scored the last nine points, we’re just not good at closing out games are we.
– see i told you Lawrence Frank hates rookies, he’s just teasing them.

Lines of the Game
Final Score :
New Jersey Nets 86-82 Philadelphia Sixers
VC Line : 19 points, 8-16 FGs, 5 rebounds
Jason Kidd line : 12 points, 8 assists, 2 rebounds
Jason Collins line : 4 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal

(edit: i know the Antoine Wright photo is too big or so, but hey Toiney is my boy, and after his best game of the season, gotta give him some love.)
